All of our products are custom hand-made for you. Coverlets, pillowcases, Hug Ewe™ Pillows, and Support Ewe™ Neck Rolls are not returnable.  However we will gladly modify them to your liking.

All returns require pre-authorization.

All of our products must meet with your complete satisfaction.  If not, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it, if it has not been damaged or tampered with.  We will then refund your purchase price less original shipping and handling and a 20% restocking charge.

We are the only company to offer this unique Renewal Rrogram. At any time will gladly renew your Soothe Ewe™ Underquilt or Snuggle Ewe™ Comforter. It will be taken apart, the wool renewed, new wool added, and the cover replaced.  All renewals are done by appointment. Learn More!

Pillows are very personal. What happens when you sleep on it for a few nights and its not right?  Stop!!  No need to toss it.  Pick up the phone, call our customer service, and tell us what it would take to make the pillow perfect.  Upon authorization, we will make a new pillow to your specifications  and ship it to you. Place your old one in the box and ship it back to us.  If we have not received the old pillow within 15 days, we will simply bill you for the new pillow.  It is as easy as that!
